Shadow Ridge Scenic Arizona
The model home is not far from completion. The landscaping is stating to take shape. Once all this done done the grand opening can be scheduled. We are looking for that to take place near the end of March 2010. There have been a few articles about the Scenic AZ and Shadow Ridge but it has been a while so let me tell you about Shadow Ridge again. The subdivision is a Planned Unit development(PUD) in Scenic. This means that all the lots have been mapped out, the roads are in, sewer and water are already in and some of the curb and gutter work is done in phase 1 of the project. This is the first project of its kind in Scenic Arizona.
Most of the homes in Scenic have septic systems and their own wells or shared wells. What makes Shadow Ridge unique is it has its own water and sewer. There is a volunteer fire department right across the street from the development and that will help keep your home owners insurance premiums a bit lower and provide peace of mind. Keeping your expenses down is important today.
The homes themselves will start in the low 130;s up to the low200’s The square footages start at 1050 and work their way up. The model is around 1650 square feet and will sell for around $175,000. I urge you to come out and visit the model to see the kind of quality your hard dollars will buy for you.
Whether you are looking for a starter home or a retirement home you will be very pleased with the workmanship you are paying for. The views in the subdivision are spectacular in any direction you look. To the south and east are the Virgin mountains, to the west is the city of Mesquite and to the north is the state of Utah. Standing in Scenic you have views of three states, Arizona, Nevada and Utah. That’s impressive!
To get to Shadow Ridge subdivision from Mesquite take the frontage rd along side interstate I-15 east towards Beaver Dam ( Hillside Dr) about three miles and turn right on Scenic road to the south. Stay on that till it turns to the right and go about three miles to Shadow ridge. We look forward to your visit.
