Low Priced Mesquite Nevada Condos
Here is a list of some of the communities that you may want to look at if you are considering purchasing a condo getaway or seasonal home in sunny Mesquite Nevada.
1. Rock Springs Condos (12 for sale under $100,000). Rock Springs I and Rock Springs II condos have been a staple in the Mesquite Nevada condo market. They were built from 1993 to 1996 and together account for about 500 condos. Each association has a swimming pool with hot tub and all the exterior landscaping is covered by the Association Dues which are around $160 per month. Also included in the dues are the hazard (fire) insurance, roof, and exterior maintenance of the 4-plex buildings.
These condos are able to be financed and can be used as rentals with a minimum 6 month lease. They are located just north east of the Eureka Hotel and Casino.These condos are all 2 bed 2 bath and are either 996 sq.ft. or 1192 square feet and have covered carport parking.
2. Hawk Ridge Condos (6 for sale under $100,000). We have talked about Hawk Ridge Condos to some extent in recent posts so I will be brief, These Mesquite Nevada condos at this time can not be financed by any banks that we have found. The majority of people buying here are cash buyers. These can be uses as daily, weekly, or month rentals. They do have a pool and hot tub and were built 2005 and newer. The lower units are 2 bed, 2 bath about 994 square feet. The upper units are all 3 bedroom 2 bath and about 1,364 square feet. These also have covered carport parking for each condo. Dues are about $150 per month.
3. The Falls Hillside Villas (4 for sale under $100,000). The Falls are located on a hill just north of I-15 and many have great views. These condos range in size from 970 square feet to 1282 square feet. they are 2-3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The Falls Mesquite Nevada Condos are also minimum 6 moth rentals if you are purchasing for investment or part time use. The Falls Hillside Villas have a pool as well and HOA dues are about $170 per month. Like most Mesquite condos the association takes care of sewer, trash, and keeping up on the common areas.
4. The Springs (3 for sale under $100,000). The Springs are also unavailable to get financing at this time. These Condos were built in 2005-2006. What is nice about these condos are they all have garages. Many of these and other Mesquite Nevada condos were purchased investors that have since bailed-out and lost them. Learn more about The Springs.The Springs Association dues are about $140 per month. These condos are also 2 and 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Sizes range from 970 square feet to over 1,400 square feet.
5. Enchantment Condos (3 for sale under $100,000). These Mesquite Nevada condos are located on and near the Oasis Palmer Course. These golf course condos in Mesquite are an Adobe style and have associations dues of about $180 per month. Enchantment Condos have a pool and hot tub and are located off Greens Way in Mesquite. These have been used for years as a golf getaways and some do have garages.
