Last week we were happy to report that the first model home in Shadow Ridge had broken ground. There were pictures of the house in the first stage of being framed. The builder Richardson homes claims he can have a house completed in approximately 60 days. Judging by the progress that was made in the last seven days I see no reason in the world to doubt that it will not be done in sixty days.
In one weeks time, the house went from framed to completely sheet rocked. The windows installed, plumbing roughed in, wiring roughed in and the outside of the building ready to have the stucco applied, along with the cement tiles distributed on the roof ready for installation as well. How is that for progress! I can not wait to show you photos next week and you can check the progress again.
