They are estimating about 3600 homes for this Anthem Community. They have 13 model homes to view and huge 25,000sq.ft. Recreation center that is the center f their lifestyle. Sun City Mesquite currently has just over 500 homes completed and sold. This project does allow Real Estate Agents and Brokers to sell their homes as well and encourage them to. They feel that they are price competitive enough that the these homes in Mesquite they are building will sell. They have been right!

Pulte Homes /Del Webb is the nations 3rd largest home builder. Pulte Homes as a builder has grown from there roots in Michigan to achieve the staus of Mega-builder on the national stage. On June 16, 2007 was the grand opening for this new Del Webb community here in Mesquite NV. On the opening weekend Sun City Mesquite had approximately 3,700 people through the sales center and model homes. They also slashed prices about 10% on all previously published price lists. The smallest home called the Daisy(1241/sq.ft.) went from $219,990 to $199,990. They used this price drop as well as golf and landscaping incentives to get them off to a good start.
