We really enjoy this time of year. We are seeing milder temperatures with high’s in the low 60 degree range. We have received some snow in the mountains surrounding Mesquite. We are hoping this new snow doesn’t melt before Christmas, as we would like to have a “White Christmas” this year!
Mesquite condo’s are still for sale starting in the $60,000 to $70,000 range. For those wanting a garage and nobody above or below you Mesquite Townhomes and Homes can be found starting for $100,000-$110,000.
We currently have 370 total listings in Mesquite that are For Sale according to the Mesquite MLS. There is also another 100 properties that are currently Pending. That puts us at about 6% of properties (of an estimated at 8,000 properties) in Mesquite NV either for sale or pending.
