Now when I say luxury homes Mesquite please keep in mind that Mesquite Nevada only has a population of just over 20,000 people. The Luxury Homes are not going to be in the same league as those in other areas like Beverly Hills, CA or Scottsdale, AZ. These home are very nice homes and can and have sold for up to about $2 million.

These homes are large, however many are still single level. Luxury homes of Mesquite can be 6,000+ square feet and no basement or upper level. Many of these homes have various casitas (means little house in Spanish) that can be used as a guest room with small kitchenette, bathroom and it own external entrance.

The luxury homes of Mesquite often have swimming pools, theater rooms, big garages and bonus rooms. The swimming pools are complimented by large covered patios built in BBQ’s and often built hot tubs.  These homes are beautiful to look at and even more amazing to walk through.

Some of the Communities that have large homes in Mesquite are Calais, LaScala, Terraces and The Masters to name a few. These areas are in gated home owners associations.

Calais– has 63 lots of which over 50 are built on.  You can buy a lot and use any builder. Advanced Construction has built most of these luxury homes of Mesquite.  It is a gated golf course community that sits on the Falcon Ridge Golf Course.

LaScala– has 34 building lots and about half of the lots now have homes on them. This is a beautiful association and features some of the largest homes in Mesquite.  This is also a gated golf course community and sits on the Arnold Palmer designed Oasis Golf Course.

Terraces– has 16 lots and all but a few have homes on them. These luxury homes of Mesquite sit near LaScala and also are gated and sit on the Oasis Golf Course.

The Masters– has 24 lots and 2 homes are built. This is located in the newer master planned community of Canyon Crest. This area was just getting started when the economy slowed. These luxury homes of Mesquite are also gated and sit high over the Oasis Golf Club’s Canyons Golf Course and have some stunning views.
