Ann Jackson, REALTOR
Ann is a 30 year resident of Mesquite. She is licensed in Nevada and Arizona. In Ann’s former life she worked at the Oasis Casino for 27 years. The last 4 years she was the Casino Manager. Ann has been married for 16 years to her husband Bob and has 3 children and 6 grandchildren. Her favorite hobby is Bowling. She has attended the Ladies National Bowling Association Tournament for the past 11 years.
Ann loves to go to the movies. Her favorite movie is Moon Struck, however, she spends more time with her grandchildren viewing children’s movies.
Deb Van Wagenen, REALTOR
Deb relocated to Mesquite from Wisconsin in 2005 after retiring from the Milwaukee Children’s Hospital. Since starting in Real Estate Deb has specialized in working with Sellers and helping them market their homes to Buyers. Deb has attended Northwestern University and has been the President of the Lake Forest Symphony Guild. Deb also volunteers at the World Long Drive Championship VIP Tent. Her favorite moment was meeting Baseball Legend Roger Clemens.
Deb enjoys traveling. She loves to visit her sons, their wives, and her beautiful grandchildren in California.
Chris Schaeffel, REALTOR
Chris moved here with her husband Buck in 2005. Chris ran her own fabric store and drapery business for the last 14 years before moving out to Mesquite. Chris was also an EMT while back in Wisconsin. Since moving here she has been a volunteer Official Score Keeper at the World Long Drive Championship held in Mesquite.
Chris enjoys volleyball, family picnics and gatherings. She is an excellent cook, if given the chance to have dinner at the Schaeffel home or at a client party, the meals are fantastic.
LV “Buck” Schaeffel, ABR, CRS
The Schaeffel’s moved to Mesquite in 2005 from northern Wisconsin. Buck earned his Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) Designation in late 2005 and his Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) in early 2007. A REALTOR with a CRS designation has gone through extensive training and must meet rigorous production requirements. Buck is a big believer in continually educating himself.
Buck has been devotedly married to his wife Chris for 34 years. Buck also loves the outdoors, golfing and flyfishing.
Brandon Park, ABR, CRS
Brandon moved to Mesquite Nevada shortly after graduating from the University of Utah in 2004. Brandon received a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Since then he has continued his education in Real Estate to receive the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) Designation in 2005 and then the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation in 2007. Less than 4% of Realtors have received the CRS designation. Brandon was re-elected by peers in 2009 to another 2 year term as the Secretary for the Board of Directors for the Mesquite Real Estate Association (MREA).
Brandon and his wife Camrin have 3 children and currently live in Bunkerville. Brandon spends much of his free time with his young family.
“I love to work with buyers. I enjoy being able to educate clients about Mesquite NV. It is easy for me to SELL Mesquite because I believe in it. If I were working at the power company or the casino I would still be selling right here.” Our Mesquite MLS system has come a long way since I started selling real estate in Mesquite. The local Nevada MLS now has pictures for all Mesquite homes. Also we now have the ability to have emails automatically sent to our clients for the houses, condos, townhomes or land they are looking for as it fits their requirements, this saves our clients time searching everyday as it will automatically be emailed to them and they don’t miss out on getting the information. This has been very valuable recently with foreclosures in Mesquite as they may only be on the local Nevada MLS a day or two before they are sold.
