Prices reduced in Sun City Mesquite – Homes start at $171,490

Starting June 5 2009 the prices of Homes in Sun City Mesquite in Southern Nevada have been reduced. The smallest floor plan called the Daisy is 1,241sq.ft. 2 bed 2 bath 2 car garage is now starting at $171,490. Prices go up to $381,490 for the 3,116sq.ft Mariposa model with 3 bed and den, 2.5 bath and 3 car garage.

The memo states the price adjustment reflects the cost savings experienced by value engineering of the floor plans in each series. the details of this price adjustment will affect some of the standard features. These features that will be no longer standard can be purchase as upgrades to any Mesquite home purchase.

The Conestoga Golf Club is set for a “soft” opening this fall for residents (and hopefully cooperation Realtors 🙂 It states that November is the target and that the official Grand Opening in the beginning of 2010.

Change is inevitable in life, and real estate is not different. This definatly has been a year of change for Sun City Mesquite. They have managed to reach the 500 homes sold mark in less than 2 years. Their origional projections were to have 3,700 homes and about a 7 to 8 year build out. It appears with the down turn in the economy Sun City Mesquite is trying to reach a new audience with these the lowest prices ever offered for a Pulte,  Del Webb home in Sun City Mesquite.
